    Real is not the kind of identification we find in psychology as identification is more or less the operation between symbolic order / imaginary order. If understand in Lacan’s Mirror stage scenario, the Real is always at the background (the locus of mother, background scene in the reflection of the mirror or anything beyond the image of the subject). Paradoxically, the Real is the negation of identification for it is its own negation that we find the margin (as both a physical and economical sense) for symbolic identification.
